About Us
Nativity Catholic School builds a vital community of faith by recognizing that its ministry incorporates a three-fold dimension: God’s message, Christian fellowship, and service to the community. The school strives to accomplish this through the celebration of liturgy and shared prayer, sacramental preparation, religious instruction, school/parish fellowship opportunities and the incorporation of Christian virtues into all areas of the curriculum and school life.
Nativity Catholic School is accredited by the Virginia Catholic Education Association (VCEA) – Diocese of Arlington and is a 2008 National Blue Ribbon School awardee. Nativity is recognized as a 2024-2025 STEM School of Excellence by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association, or ITEEA, for their commitment to providing a robust Integrative STEM education experience. In 2025, Nativity also earned the National Certificate for STEM Excellence from the National Institute for STEM Education (NISE).
