To begin the application process, please ensure you are using Chrome and then visit the online Diocesan Application for Nativity Catholic School. You will need to upload several documents when applying.
The online application will ask you to upload the following documents which you will want to have prepared before you get started:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate
- Current Immunization Record/VA School Entrance Health Form
- Request for Student Records Form – complete and submit to your student’s current school
When applicable, please be prepared to include:
- IEP Information
- Custody Agreement
An application fee of $50 per child is simultaneously due with your application. Submit the fee payment(s) online here. The Application Fee is non-refundable.
**Applications will not be processed without receipt of the application fee. Please note, this is not a registration fee.
When are applications due?
Nativity will begin accepting applications in November. Applications will be reviewed in March after re-registration for current families.
Once your application has been reviewed, your family will be notified. If your child is accepted, he or she will temporarily be placed on the class roster. Permanent roster placement will occur upon receipt of a signed Registration & Tuition Agreement form and paid registration fee.
