Sebastian Criado, Will Boscia and Andy Chasseloup from the 7th grade class will be competing at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth on May 29th to May 31st. Around 100 teams representing schools from all over the country will participate. Sebastian, Will and Andy are very proud and excited to represent our school as one of only three Northern Virginia teams attending the Nationals.

Under the supervision and leadership of Dr. Daniel Eleuterio and many other dedicated parent volunteers, the team worked very hard over several weekends to design, build and test their ROV (Remotely Operated underwater Vehicle). This year was their second time participating in the Regional competition where the boys placed 2nd in the speed competition for the second year in a row, and 3rd in the overall combined scores.

We wish them the very best. Pictures of the Regional competition are attached and more information on the National SeaPerch Challenge Competition can be found by clicking on the link below.
